Crew Member
Are you passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces? Join Landcrafters Florida as a Landscape Crew Member and turn that passion into a rewarding career! In this exciting role, you'll work in the great outdoors, transforming properties into stunning landscapes. You'll use state-of-the-art equipment to mow, edge, and prune with precision, bring landscape designs to life by planting trees and flowers, and even craft elegant hardscape features. As part of our team, you'll contribute to environmental stewardship while honing your expertise in modern landscaping techniques. Every day brings new challenges and the satisfaction of seeing your hard work make a visible difference in your community.
You may be a good fit if you’re:
• At least 18 years old and can work Saturdays and in inclement weather (required).
• Are enthusiastic, dependable, and able to motivate others.
• Can manage time and workload effectively and work in a team environment.
• Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Work safely with equipment and can lift over 50 lbs (required).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States (required).
• Have experience in landscaping and/or grounds maintenance (preferred).

Crew Leader
As a Crew Leader, you’ll lead a team of 2-6 landscaping professionals, ensuring Landcrafters Florida’s properties maintain a pristine appearance. Your role includes supervising on-site operations, driving efficiency and safety, and effectively communicating with Operations Managers, Account Managers, and clients to address inquiries and relay instructions. You’ll also oversee the maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment, playing a critical role in delivering exceptional landscape services and maintaining the company’s standard of excellence.
You may be a good fit if you are:
• Are dependable, consistently arrive on time, and commit to completing tasks in varying
weather conditions (required).
• Perform all job-related tasks safely and efficiently, using tools and equipment in
accordance with company safety policies (required).
• Are skilled in operating landscaping equipment, such as mowers, weedeaters, stickedgers, gas-shears, and chainsaws (required).
• Are knowledgeable about basic horticultural principles, including plant types and pruning
techniques.
• Communicate production goals effectively with crew members and track job-related
expenses, including materials and labor.
• Assist Operations Managers with managing subcontractors as needed.
• Provide excellent, timely, and accurate service to clients, vendors, and company staff.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance (required).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States (required).
Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience, with a performance-based incentive program and a complete benefits package.
Management Trainee
Landcrafters Florida offers an innovative 6-12 month Manager Associate program designed for recent graduates, as well as ambitious Crew Leaders looking to transition into management roles within the company. This program provides a unique blend of hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development opportunities tailored to individuals eager to grow in the horticulture and landscaping industry. The program is tailored to each individual's interests, allowing associates to discover their passion within the landscape industry while being mentored by industry experts. It includes job shadowing with key managers, comprehensive management training, and hands-on experience. Landcrafters emphasizes a culture of safety, entrepreneurship, and exceptional client service, with many full-time employees having started as interns.

• At least 21 years of age, can work Saturdays and in inclement weather (required)
• Enthusiastic, dependable, engaging, and can motivate others
• Able to supervise Crew Members, manage time and workload effectively
• Safe when working with equipment, and can lift over 50lbs
• Experience in landscaping and/or grounds maintenance is a minimum of three years
(required)
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish (very valuable, but not required)
• Commitment to quality and exceptional customer service skills are strong
• Experience in managing multiple sites commercial customers is a minimum of two years
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States.
Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 salary, based on experience, with a performance-based incentive program and a complete benefits package.
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, you'll lead our landscaping teams to achieve excellence in quality, appearance, and safety, ensuring both client and company standards are met. Your role involves overseeing materials, staff, and equipment while conducting property inspections, crafting strategic plans, and ensuring optimal plant and turf health. You’ll also contribute to the company’s growth by mentoring team members and fostering innovation in operations.
This position emphasizes leadership and mentorship. You’ll provide practical training in equipment handling and horticultural methods, create daily work plans, and establish clear objectives for your team. Balancing superior workmanship with operational productivity, all while prioritizing safety, will be key to your success. For those passionate about guiding teams and driving operational excellence, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make your mark in landscape management.

Pay: $55,000 - $90,000 salary based on experience, with a performance-based incentive program and a complete benefits package.
Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations with exceptional service. In addition to managing accounts, you’ll play a vital role in business development, sourcing new clients, and driving growth for the company. • Experienced in landscaping or grounds maintenance (minimum two years preferred)
• Experienced in business development or client sourcing (preferred)
• Experienced in using landscape management software such as Aspire (preferred)
• Familiar with Florida-specific landscape certifications or willing to obtain them (preferred)
• Committed to delivering quality and providing outstanding customer service
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States.
Pay: $55,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience, with a performance-based incentive program and a complete benefits package.
Branch Manager
As a Branch Manager, you’ll lead Landcrafters Florida’s operations to ensure excellence in service, client satisfaction, and profitability. Your role includes overseeing resources, mentoring your team, and cultivating key client relationships to drive growth and efficiency.
This position emphasizes leadership and strategic planning, balancing operational productivity with exceptional customer service. For those passionate about guiding teams and achieving sustainable growth, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to make an impact in landscape management.
You may be a good fit if you’re:
• Have proven leadership experience, including accountability for the profit and loss of a diverse business unit (e.g., landscape maintenance, enhancements, operations).
• Are skilled at allocating resources, including tools, talent, and equipment, to maximize
efficiency and achieve operational goals.
• Excel in selecting, developing, motivating, and holding teams accountable to exceed
performance objectives while building a strong talent pipeline.
• Bring 5-7 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience, including branch
management, employee development, sales, and financial oversight.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Have 5+ years of experience leading a market or service business, including P&L
responsibilities.
• Are bilingual in Spanish (a valuable skill, though not required).
• Are proficient in landscape management software such as "Aspire" (preferred but not
required).
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States.
Pay: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience, with a performance-based incentive program and a complete benefits package.
